This wardrobe is in good condition. We have professionally restored it and painted it in a black paint. We then rubbed over the edges giving it a lovely distressed trendy appearance.
The wardrobe would look well in an old or modern property amongst similar antique pine furniture for storage. This would look great as a wardrobe in a child's bedroom as it is actually just deep enough to place a hanging rail inside. The shelves could then be lowered.
This is in one piece and very heavy therefore I will require a hand off the van with it into your hallway. If it needs to go up stairs your staircase needs to be straight with no turns.
The cupboard stands on splayed back legs and round turned front bun feet supporting the main section. There is one large drawer to the bottom with ceramic handles. The drawer is pine lined and has dovetail joints. There is one large door standing on its original victorian pin hinges. The door has two tall thin panels. There is a key that locks the door. Behind the door there are shelves for storage. The shelves are not fixed so more could be placed in if required. The top has a standard graduated cornice.
The height is 182cm, the width is 93cm and the depth is 55cm. The internal depth is 46cm.
