This box is in good condition. We have professionally stripped and restored it and waxed it in a lovely antique brown bri wax.
This box would look well in an old or modern property in any room for any type of storage purpose amongst similar antique pine furniture. It would look great in a living room with a large flat screen TV on top.
This box stands on a large square plinth supporting the main section where there are four sides connected with lovely dovetail joints. There are original metal carry handles to both ends. The top is in good condition. There is a large lift up lid with plenty of storage space beneath. The box has its original hinges. This is the largest box I have ever bought!!!
The height is 66cm, the width is 141cm and the depth is 65cm
