This cupboard is in good condition. It is made from original Georgian/Victorian doors with a handmade carcass. The doors are in their original paint and the carcass has been painted to match the doors. This is truly stunning! It is very heavy so I will require you to have two strong men to take the cupboard off the van from me. I will have a set of piano wheels that you can use for 5-10 minutes (obviously the piano wheels will not work on pebble drives etc). I am prepared to help if you can only find one person.
This cupboard would look well in an old or modern property in any room for any type of storage purpose amongst similar painted shabby chic furniture. It would look particularly well in the ultra modern kitchen that are generally white / grey and black as a wow factor free standing item of furniture. It would also look great in a trendy living room with a large flat screen TV placed on top.
This cupboard stands on a square plinth supporting the main section where there are four large doors. The doors have two inserted panels with a metal handle upon them. Behind the doors there is a shelf for storage and the shelf is fixed. The space between the bottom and the shelf is 38cm and then another 48cm above the shelf. There is a central divide. The internal width of each is 97cm and the internal depth is 34cm. There are small wooden turned wedges that keep the doors closed. The top is in good condition. The paintwork is a pink with a light grey undercoat with crackled glaze.
The height is 105cm, the width is 219cm and the depth is 50cm.
