This collector's chest is in good condition.
It would look well in an old or modern property in any room for any type of collection. It is typical to the late 20th century era. I purchased it from someone who had it handmade by a pine manufacturer as opposed to it being factory made. It cost the customer to be made years ago £1200. So please buy with confidence this is extremely well made.
This chest stands on a square plinth supporting the main section where there is one large glazed door. The door has a brass turned knob. There is also a small key to the very top that locks the chest. When the door is opened there are twelve large drawers with each drawer having a brass swan neck handle. Each drawer also has a name plate to the centre. The drawers are dovetail jointed.
The height is 161cm, the width is 73cm and the depth is 52cm.
